Marika Kldiashvili
Founder & CEO
Marika is a highly skilled professional with a Ph.D., boasting a rich tapestry of experiences spanning over two decades. Her impressive credentials, including PMP, SFLBA, ACC, and CSSYB certifications, underscore her expertise in project management, business analysis, coaching, digitalisation and youth development. A pivotal force in business, technology, and innovation, Marika has dedicated more than a decade to nurturing the next generation through informal education and training. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her eight-plus years of mentoring start-ups and leading accelerators and incubators. Equally adept in academia, she has served as a professor, dean, and strategic consultant, while also contributing her change management and agile coaching skills to various organizations.
